We provide a property management solution, communications, and marketing platform offering a comprehensive suite of tools and services designed to enhance communication, security, management, and accounting. Our products include, but are not limited to, GO Citizens APP, and other solutions that may be introduced from time to time. These products enable end users to access customized services tailored to real estate properties and developments, with the goal of delivering world-class experiences.

To achieve this, we leverage data to personalize your experience and continually improve our offerings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data, helping you make informed decisions about sharing your information with us.   2. MINOR'S PRIVACY
  3. We do not knowingly collect or engage in transactions with individuals under the age of 18 through our App or Site. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use our App or Site with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must not submit any personal data to us. By providing your personal data, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  4. SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
  5. To access certain features and functionalities of the GO Citizens APP, you are required to create a user account by providing specific personal data. During the registration process, we will ask for the following information: your name, contact number, email address, and a username of your choice. You may also be asked to provide additional details such as your shipping address, photo identification, bank account details, age, date of birth, gender, and interests. Once your account is activated, you will create a username and password. These credentials are necessary for secure access to your account and for managing your account settings.

  6. VIEWING WEBSITE
  7. When you browse our Site, certain information, which may include personal data, is automatically transmitted by your computer and logged by our web server. This information typically includes, but is not limited to:

    1. Your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address,
    2. Operating system and browser name/version,
    3. The referring website or source,
    4. The requested page on our Site,
    5. The date and time of your visit,

    Cookies, which may store information to help the Site recognize your previous visits (you can disable cookies through your browser settings).

      5. Personalized Content :Customizing and tailoring your experience by displaying content based on your interests and preferences.
      6. Processing Requests :Evaluating and processing your requests for the purchase or subscription of our products and/or services.
      7. Account Management :Registering you as a user of GO Citizens APP and managing your account, including facilitating transactions or activities through the App or Site or directly with us.
      8. Transaction and Relationship Management :Administering, processing, and managing your relationship with us, including transactions and activities conducted through the App or Site. This includes processing applications, payment transactions, and facilitating services.
      9. Responding to Inquiries :Acting on your instructions or responding to your inquiries, including customer service requests, complaints, or any other interactions with us.
      10. Communication :Contacting or communicating with you via phone calls, text messages, emails, or postal mail to manage your use of the App, Site, or your account. This may include sending correspondence, documents, or notices, which may involve disclosing personal data on external packaging or mail items as necessary for delivery.
      11. Fraud Prevention and Investigation :Preventing, detecting, or investigating fraud, unlawful activities, omissions, or misconduct, and addressing complaints or related issues.
      12. Compliance with Legal Obligations :Meeting legal, governmental, or regulatory requirements applicable to affiliates in any jurisdiction, including making disclosures as required by law.

  10. PROVISION OF THIRD PARTY PERSONAL DATA BY YOU
  11. If you provide us with personal data of individuals other than yourself, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

Consent :Before disclosing such personal data to us, you have obtained the necessary consent from the individual whose data is being provided, allowing you to disclose their personal data to us for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Account Security :For your convenience, the App allows you to stay logged in so that you do not have to re-enter your password each time you access the App. If you choose this feature, please be aware that anyone with access to your mobile device may be able to access and modify your account. By choosing to remain logged in, you agree that we will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions or activities carried out through your App account, as we reasonably assume that the user of your account is you.
    4. Data Retention :We will retain your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable laws. We will destroy or anonymize your personal data as soon as it is reasonable to conclude that:
      1. The purpose for which the personal data was collected is no longer being served by its retention, and
      2. Retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
      3. If you cease using the App or Site, or if your permission to use the App, Site, and/or services is terminated or withdrawn, we may continue to store, use, and disclose your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our obligations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (PDPA). We may securely dispose of your personal data without prior notice to you, subject to applicable laws.

    5. Transfer of Data Outside of Philippines :We utilize third-party services, such as Google Cloud, whose storage facilities and servers may be located in jurisdictions outside of the Philippines. As a result, your personal data may be transferred, stored, used, and processed in a country outside of the Philippines. Please note that these foreign jurisdictions may not offer a level of data protection equivalent to the laws of the Philippines. By using our services, you understand and consent to the transfer of your personal data outside of the Philippines. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that all third parties outside of the Philippines use your personal data solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and adequately protect its confidentiality and privacy.
  13. REQUEST FOR ACCESS AND/OR CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data :If you have an account with us, you can access and/or correct your personal data currently in our possession or control directly through the Account Settings/My Profile page on the App or Site. If you do not have an account, you may request to access and/or correct your personal data by submitting a written request to us.     2. Request for Access :Once we have sufficient information from you to process your access request, we will aim to provide you with the relevant personal data within 30 days. If we are unable to respond within this timeframe, we will notify you of the earliest possible time by which we can provide the requested information. Please note that the Philippine Data Privacy Act (PDPA) exempts certain types of personal data from access requests.
    3. Request for Correction : Upon receiving sufficient information from you to address your correction request, we will comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (PDPA) and correct your personal data within 30 days. If we are unable to complete the correction within this period, we will notify you of the soonest possible time within which the correction can be made.
    4. Right to Decline a Correction Request :We reserve the right to decline requests for correction of personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (PDPA), which provides exemptions for certain types of personal data or situations where corrections are not required to be made by us despite your request.
  14. REQUEST TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
    1. You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Data in our possession or under our control by submitting your request to support@gocitizens.com and we will process in accordance with the PDPA and other applicable laws.
    2. We will process your request within a reasonable time once we have verified your identity and received your clear withdrawal instructions. Your withdrawal of consent could result in certain legal consequences arising from such withdrawal. In this regard, depending on the extent of your withdrawal of consent for us to process your Personal Data, it may mean that we may not be able to fulfil the transaction you have entered into with us or continue with your relationship with us, or send you information that you have requested, as examples depending on the circumstances.
  15. REQUEST FOR DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. Submitting a Withdrawal Request :You have the right to withdraw your consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data in our possession or under our control. To do so, please submit a written request to support@gocitizens.com We will process your request in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws.
    2. Processing Your Request :Once we have verified your identity and received clear instructions regarding your withdrawal of consent, we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. However, please note that withdrawing consent may have legal or practical consequences. Depending on the extent of your withdrawal, it may result in our inability to:
      1. Complete transactions you have initiated with us;
      2. Maintain your relationship with us; or
      3. Provide you with information, products, or services you have requested.
      4. We will notify you of the potential impact of your withdrawal of consent, where applicable.
    3. Request for Deletion of Personal Data
    4. Submitting a Deletion Request :You may request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
    5. Personal Data in User Accounts :When creating an account with us, users are required to provide certain personal data. You may request the deletion of this data by using the “Delete Account” feature on the Site or App. Selecting this option will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of the personal data from our database. Once deleted, the data cannot be retrieved.
    6. Other Personal Data Provided by Users :For personal data other than that stored in the user account, users may request deletion by emailing us at support@gocitizens.com The approval and processing of such requests are at our sole discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon verification. We will respond to your request (whether approved or declined) within 30 days of receiving a complete email request. Requests containing incomplete or insufficient information will not be processed.
    7. Personal Data or Information :In the course of providing services and improving the App's performance, we may access personal data or other information. Requests must be submitted to support@gocitizens.com for our review and processing. Approval of such requests is at our sole discretion, evaluated on a case-by-case basis upon verification. Requests containing incomplete or insufficient information will not be processed.
    8. Limitation of Responsibility :While we may delete personal data upon your request, we do not acknowledge any obligation or liability to any party to delete such data. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the deletion of personal data based on your request(s).
  16. COOKIES AND MOBILE TECHNOLOGY
    1. Cookies :When you use the Site, we may place cookies on your computer or mobile device to identify you. Cookies are small text files sent from a server during a browsing session and stored on your device. They enable websites to maintain a continuous connection and deliver an improved user experience.

  17. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

When registering, you will be required to provide details such as your name, address, a valid email address, and a password.
